Facilities maintenance manager (FMM) – This role ensures that the buildings and grounds of St. Agnes Parish, Roeland Park, (including school, church, church offices, convent, two homes on property, playgrounds and athletic fields) are maintained in a manner that ensures a safe, welcoming and productive environment for parishioners, students, staff and visitors. All duties undertaken should be carried out in a manner that best protects the parish’s investment in buildings and equipment. The FMM will also be charged with the responsibility of assuring that the maintenance and care of these facilities are accomplished within the budget established by the parish finance council.
