The Catholic Youth Organization kicked off its basketball season on Jan. 11 with a host of games across the archdiocese.

Leaven photographer Jay Soldner grabbed his camera and caught a slew of them at St. Joseph Church in Shawnee. Both boys and girls teams battled it out on the hardwoods for basketball supremacy.
